We want you to love your gold. Here's how we make that easy.
7-Day Return Window
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- The piece must be unworn, untampered, and in original condition
- All tags, hallmark certificates, invoices, and original packaging must be intact
- Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the piece
- Refund amount excludes shipping charges (if any were applicable)
30-Day Exchange
Changed your mind about the style, finish, or size? You can exchange any piece within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchange for a different style, finish (Gold Polish, Silver Polish, Rose Gold Polish, 22ct, 18ct, Silver), or piece
- If exchanging for a different finish of the same piece, we'll recraft it for you within 30 days
- If exchanging for a higher-value piece, you pay only the difference
- Piece must be unworn with all original packaging and certification intact
Made-to-Order Pieces
All Swarna Siri Studio pieces are crafted to order with a 30-day dispatch timeline. Because each piece is made specifically for you by our karigars, please note the following:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund, no questions asked
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before dispatch: Refund minus 10% crafting fee (the work has already begun)
- Once dispatched: Standard 7-day return policy applies upon delivery
Stone Customisation Orders
If you ordered a piece with stone customisation:
- Stone-customised pieces are non-returnable as they are uniquely crafted to your specification
- However, you may exchange for a different stone within 7 days of delivery — recrafting charges apply
- If the stone setting is defective or doesn't match your order, we'll fix or replace it at no cost
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom stone-set pieces (made to your specific stone selection)
- Pieces that have been worn, resized, polished, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging, hallmark certificate, or invoice
- Pieces returned after the 7-day return window
Gold Buyback — Lifetime Guarantee
Your gold never loses value with us. We offer lifetime gold buyback at prevailing market rates minus 2% for any Swarna Siri Studio piece with a valid HUID hallmark. Whether you bought it yesterday or ten years from now — bring it back and we'll buy your gold.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Step 1: WhatsApp us at +91 84314 93007 or DM on Instagram with your order details and reason
- Step 2: We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a free insured pickup from your doorstep
- Step 3: Once we receive and verify the piece (1-2 business days), your refund or exchange is processed
- Step 4: For exchanges, your new piece enters the 30-day crafting queue
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
- We'll replace or recraft it immediately at no cost
- Free insured shipping both ways — we handle everything
- If the hallmark certificate or HUID is missing or incorrect, we'll rectify it immediately
Shipping for Returns
- Returns within 7 days: Free insured pickup arranged by us
- Exchanges within 30 days: Free insured pickup arranged by us
- Do NOT ship gold jewellery via regular courier on your own — always use our insured pickup service for your safety
- All returns are shipped via insured, tamper-proof packaging with tracking
