1. About Us
Swarna Siri Studio is a sole proprietorship jewellery business operating in India. By placing an order on our website (swarna-siri-studio.vercel.app), you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
- All gold jewellery sold by us is BIS hallmarked as required by Indian law
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of 3% GST
- Gold prices fluctuate daily. The price at the time of order placement is final for that order
- Every invoice includes a breakdown of: gold weight, gold rate, making charges, and GST
- Product images are representative. Handcrafted pieces may have slight natural variations
3. Purity Guarantee
Every piece sold by Swarna Siri Studio carries a BIS Hallmark with HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification). You can verify the purity of any piece at hfrp.bis.gov.in using the 6-digit HUID code.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay
- We accept: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
- Order confirmation is sent via email and WhatsApp
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or pricing errors
5. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via insured, tamper-evident packaging through trusted logistics partners
- Delivery timeline: 5-10 business days across India
- Free shipping on orders above Rs 25,000. Below that, a flat Rs 299 shipping fee applies
- We currently ship only within India
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
6. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our detailed Return & Exchange Policy.
- 7-day returns for unused items in original packaging
- 30-day exchanges for size or style
- Custom/made-to-order pieces are non-returnable
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and the "Swarna Siri Studio" brand name, are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
8. Privacy
- We collect your name, email, phone, and address solely to process orders and communicate with you
- We never sell or share your personal information with third parties
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details
- You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
- Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the order value
- Gold is a commodity with fluctuating value. We are not responsible for changes in gold rates after purchase
